Proximity Home Watch provides scheduled property visits designed to identify small issues before they become expensive repairs. After every visit, you'll receive a detailed report with photos so you know exactly how your property looks, even when you're hundreds of miles away. 

Each visit will report on:

Before leaving, we ensure your home is secured according to your instructions, including alarms, thermostat settings, lights, and gates. Every visit includes a detailed digital report with photographs and notes delivered directly to you.

Monthly or Biweekly

Our Boat Watch service helps identify potential issues before your next trip to the coast. Whether your vessel is stored in the water or on a trailer, we'll perform a scheduled inspection and provide a detailed report with photographs after every visit.
